How can I describe this place? If I tell you they’re “Zinzins”, doesn’t that make you want to go there? Well, it does: you have to go (if you manage to book a table)! More than “Zinzins”, they are CARREMENT “Zinzins”. Pascal in the kitchen covers 80s hits on the microphone, Billy in the dining room is all about cash. It’s joyful, original and exotic! In summer, the terrace, tastefully planted in “organized brothel” mode, plunges you into a super-stylish guinguette atmosphere. Two, because it’s the place where the most beautiful and robust wire baskets are made, and 100% “handmade”; a know-how that Aude has been perpetuating for 3 generations. Step into the workshop, watch and appreciate the passion and precision of Aude’s work. She meticulously goes through the various stages of basket-making. A real favorite!
