The farm & us

La Clé des Champs is not just a gîte, it’s also an organic dairy farm. We have around sixty cows.

The farm covers around 75 hectares, most of which is used for grazing. Our milk production is collected by the Lactalis dairy.

You are welcome to visit our workplace, which is in the immediate vicinity of the gîtes.

Come and taste the freshly milked milk during milking time, and leave with your own bottle of milk.

Take a trip to the nursery to stroke the young calves.

If you feel like it, take a look at the cows grazing in the meadows around the farm.

In short: we’re looking forward to sharing with you a few moments from our life as farmers.

… AND US

La Clé des Champs is also us, Claude and Olivier and our 4 children.

Olivier took over from his parents in 2000 after working for a few years as a salesman: he is the third generation of Paysan on the farm.

I, Claude, after working for several years in advertising and marketing, then converting to masonry, joined him on the farm in 2013.

“They lived happily ever after: Pierre, Rose, Paul and Adèle.
